49 Days Until NOTLD

Yesterday's training session:
5x5-6x115 Fully Deads with belt and knee sleeve.
  - After last 2 sets I took off the belt and burned out with 5 more reps making 7     sets overall.
Roll out sesh on PVC pipe on right leg after every set.
3x8-10x10lb plate Deep squats till failure.
3x10 non weighted hyperextension, felt pretty weak, but that could've been after the amount of Dead sets.
10 min. Roll out session.

Overall felt great, form was 90% solid on deadlift so that made the lift easy.

Cardio Spin bike for 45 mins
Ab Circuit
Stretch and Roll out
